#4 Story Design 1

The Soup Nazi

1. Character Development
- How they introduce new characters
They talk about the places that they are about to go with the person in charge.

2. Presentation style
Characters are placed in situations whereby they are themselves in a unfamiliar places. This brings out their personality in them. They are usually unassuming. However they are still themselves. 

3. 3 ACT
They are very firm in their motive. However those who are being placed in an unfamiliar environment resulted in turning point. Leading to the either the same decision or a different way to get to their motive.

4. Story is based on..
-THEME - Humour
-PREMISE - Based on Jerry Seinfeld's craving for the soup
-CONCEPT - On their way to try the soup from the Soup Nazi's shop
-MEANING - The soup is one the best and has to be ordered while dealing with the Soup Nazi's attitude
-KEY IDEA/MESSAGE- Order the soup in a instructional manner. Do not anger the Soup Nazi.
-CHARACTER - The story is based on Jerry Seinfeld 

Elaine's Story
1. Character Development 
Woman is in the same plight as her. Both are unable to sit and then begins conversation. Putting characters in the same situation

2. Presentation Style
Characters are all in the same situation which is the common topic for them to talk about. They are placed in that situation whereby neither characters are able to seek an alternative way out.

3. 3 ACT
Both characters are unable to reach an agreement or mutual understanding which resulted in obstacles. Turning point was when Elaine did regretted about her thinking and decided to think positively.

4. Story is based on..
-THEME - Being on the train 
-PREMISE - She is a lesbian based on her homosexual friend's wedding
-CONCEPT - Making her way to her friend's wedding
-MEANING - It is unable to avoid contact at all forms (eye contact, verbal contact, physical contact etc.) in the train
-KEY IDEA/MESSAGE - Life does not go the way we want
-CHARACTER - Elaine Benes

Kramer's Story
1. Character Developement 
Everyone in the subway is looking for a place to seat just like Kramer. Everyone's motives are the same. Kramer and a fellow commuter has the same intentions of reading a newspaper that is left over by another commuter.

2.Presentation Style
Everyone has the same mindset and intention. Commuters are able to find a seat for themselves before Kramer in a humorous way. 

3. 3 ACT
Everyone's motives are straightforward which is to find the seat.
Turning point is when Kramer is unable to find 1 still and then decides to squeeze in next to a obese person. 

4.Story is based on..
-THEME - Being on the train
-PREMISE - Every man for himself
-CONCEPT - Nobody is giving way 
-MEANING - People are only concern about their own well-being 
-KEY IDEA/MESSAGE - People are selfish
-CHARACTER - Kramer
